〇 Prof. Mori talking about global trends in 2025
Our chairman and scientific advisor Prof. Mori shares his unique prospect on the global trends in 2025.
The world saw too many wars and conflicts in 2024.
Prof. Mori expects that we will see transfers of leadership and shifts in global dynamics, which will make 2025 the year of big changes.
Now most people seem to be worried that World War III could break out.
Prof. Mori says he was told by one of his trusted friends that it will never happen.
Agreeing to the view, Prof. Mori says “Don’t worry everyone, humans are not that stupid,” hoping to avoid anxiety that might hurt your heart.
HIDANKYO
The Nobel Peace Prize in 2024 was awarded to Nihon Hidankyo,
Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations, for their long-standing commitment to world peace.

The ceremony was held on December 10 at the Oslo City Hall in Norway,
where the medals and diplomas were given to three bomb survivors serving as Co-Chairpersons of Nihon Hidankyo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nihon_Hidankyo), including Terumi Tanaka aged 92.
They are the first Japanese who accepted the prize in 50 years since the late former Prime Minister Eisaku Sato awarded in 1974, and the first ones awarded as a group.
Mr. Tanaka described what he experienced in Nagasaki, followed by their 68 years of action to abolish nuclear weapons,
stressing “It is the heartfelt desire of the survivors that we must not allow the possession of a single nuclear weapon.”
Prof. Mori refers to the news, saying “This is a fantastic achievement that will be a turning point of history.”
We hope, as the people in Hidankyo do, this will work as a cue for change of global awareness.
Despite having a positive view, Prof. Mori still has something that worries him.
President-elect Trump said that he would withdraw U. S. troops from South Korea.
It could trigger North Korea’s invasion that will lead to the second Korean War.
It must be far more risky than current political confusion on martial law crisis.
Domestically, Prof. Mori is aware of the need to deal with depression in young people.
In Japan, there are 350 thousand kids who don’t go to school.
This issue is raised by no politicians except Koki Ozora, the youngest member of the House of Representatives.
It is true that dementia begins with depression, and those who suffer depression are more likely to develop dementia, and vice versa.
Psychological approach is not enough for most depression cases, regardless of whether the patient is a kid or aged.
We offer a way to treat depression and dementia at the same time.

I recommend my son as the “village chief” in Zero Dementia Project.
He is well versed in both assistance and cure in caregiving field.
The current main approach in dementia care focuses on assistance.
But you can’t find a real solution without offering curative care.
Japan’s government advocates community building for accepting people living with dementia.
This is just idealism by those who don’t know the reality.
It is inevitable to take curative measures for allowing those with dementia to live in their own communities.
Now I’ve got support from my old friends.
They are competent people who once created new business that had never existed.
We are running our plan looking to create new industry.
We will work with whoever understands the significance of curing dementia, regardless of religion or political stance.

〇 Price revision of KOUKA
Since the start of the sales in 2016, we have been offering KOUKA at the same price despite continued increase in prices, aiming to maintain a stable supply of the product.
We have made every effort to reduce costs and maintain prices, but rise in cost for raw material, logistics, and labor makes it extremely difficult to maintain the current price.
As a matter of unpleasant necessity, we have reluctantly decided to change the price for orders placed on or after January 1, 2025.
The revised price will be 42,500 Yen.
